Kit: Numbing Bikini Wax Prep - Any Color - Cooch-eez with UltraNumb lidocaine
Silicone Bikini Brief for a Painless Bikini Wax - numbing cream IS included with this product (10 gram UltraNumb lidocaine 5% cream), see product information.
Dr. Meg invented Cooch-eez to help you get numb before your bikini wax or laser hair removal procedure!
This product comes with one silicone panty and one 10 gram container of UltraNumb 5% lidocaine numbing cream.
Cooch-eez is a patent-pending 100% silicone bikini brief. Its purpose is to seal topical numbing cream to the bikini area skin and let it take its effect. Without it, cream evaporates and does not have an opportunity to penetrate the skin for its numbing effect.
Store Cooch-eez in the convenient clutch that you can take with you to your waxing appointment--keep your purse clean!
Model has 36" hip measurement in image shown. Fits up to 40" hip, but product is very tight (it does not wear like underwear--it is trying to achieve an air-tight seal and will be much tighter than underwear).
Wash product before use.
UltraNumb supplied in this kit is 10 grams of a 5% lidocaine cream. This is a small container--but it is potent, and larger quantities can be dangerous if applied in excess, especially in areas of mucous membranes, like the bikini area. Avoid use in areas of burns or blisters, as this could lead to complications like absorption into the bloodstream, which can cause serious complications, including death. For the same reason, we recommend never applying heat to the area over the cream so that the medication stays on the skin, and out of the bloodstream.
The following information is excerpted from the Ultranumb.com website:
"UltraNumb® is a topical anesthetic cream that helps numb the skin from the pain of minor procedures, such as tattooing, laser, cosmetic, waxing, piercing, vaccination, etc. UltraNumb® cream works by blocking the pain signal sent by the nerve endings on the skin. When applied to the procedure area as directed a feeling of numbness will follow. It is very important that the application instructions are followed as directed. You need to leave the cream... on the area for at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled procedure. The skin typically remains numb for 1 - 4 hours once the cream is removed from a treated area. The numbing effect depends on the skin type and the location on the body...Always talk to your doctor before using a topical anesthetic, as adverse side effects may occur."
*Consult with your physician before using any medications to make sure it is safe to do so. Numbing effects are not guaranteed and vary by individual, over-the counter cream used, and other factors.
